Location of painted mural in smokers lounge?

I just got an email with a photo of what is purported to be the ceiling of a smoker’s lounge painted to look like you are at the bottom of a grave with a funeral service going on at ground level. It’s also posted on a zillion web sites, Google “painted mural in smokers lounge”.

Anybody know where this is, assuming it’s real and not a Photoshop job?

The artwork is real; posters have been made for an anti-smoking campaign; nobody knows for sure if the posters have been installed in any smoking lounges. The photo showing that is suspected of being an example of how the poster could be used.
