Longshot: Anyone Able To Identify This Jewish Ditty?

Sung in a Yiddish accent in rhyming acapella with origins most likely in the Queens, NYC area. I don’t recall who I heard perform it, could’ve been someone like Lou Jacobi - but that’s a WAG. I have no idea if it’s even available in a recorded form, but googling keyword lyrics / lines from the song come up blank. Anyway, here’s the “Reader’s Digist” version of the song:A Jewish guy living in Jamaica, Queens starts noticing how white he is as his neighborhood gets more and more diverse. He’s one of the last white people there, so decides to go to Africa to get a tan. Upon arriving at the dark continent, he gets bitten by a tse-tse fly and gets an infection that causes his schwanz to swell up. After recovering, he goes to Miami in the quest for bronze skin. His travels take him to the island of Jamaica and he learns Coppertone isn’t nearly as effective a tanning lotion as schmaltz (chicken fat). After his many travels, he finally attains that perfect tan, returns to Jamaica and discovers he’s the darkest person in the his newly gentrified neighborhood.Any ideas on the Title? Writer? Performer?

More likely Theodore Bikel who has a similar build to Lou Jacoby and has done some stage and film/TV work
