This is like looking for that needle in a haystack, but in the 60’s I had a paperback ‘counterculture’ cookbook from perhaps a commune. Written by a rather cynical or cynical hippie chick. The title may have had the word ‘Grub’ and the cover was sort of Aubrey Beardsley-esque. The only recipe I remember was for using carob powder instead of cocoa (I mixed it with ricotta and sugar and it was fantastic). If it sounds familiar, please let me know. I looked on Etsy, found the usual suspects (Moosewood, psychedelic groovy recipes, etc.)
