Looking for a 80s song/video title

When I was a kid in the early 80s there was an oft-played video on MTV and it was a rant video by a punk/new wave group possibly British in which there were maybe 3 lines in it and the only 2 I can remember is

"(we /I) hate your video
It’s not (even) rock n roll
and there might of been a line or two more of the song
Note the parts in parenthesis might have been there or might not …
