Looking for a name: Chief Ialacca (sp?) of Sag Harbor, NY

This was the Chief of [Police? FD?] when Ray Johnson’s body turned up floating. Just looking for his first name. I think I have his last name spelled correctly, but I’m not sure. He was featured in a documentary Johnson.
