The only scene I can remember is him jumping on the hood of a car and breaking off the windshield wipers (taunting some older guy?). He was young, I think.
I know that’s not a lot to go on but that’s all I got.

I remember liking that movie. It was really dark, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a creepier or more sinister Christopher Walken.
Agree. I remember it being kind of sad as well.
I scrolled through all of Penn’s movies while trying to remember where I saw that scene. I saw “At Close Range” but I didn’t remember the above scene being in that movie.
