A users group focusing on discount brokers and specifically TD Ameritrade would be particularly nice.
The Motley Fool discussion boards are usually pretty good.
diehards.org is the Bogleheads forum. It’s a great forum on all sorts of investing, biased toward low-cost index funds and Vanguard in particular.
