Looking for Computer Program for Recipes

Is there a computer program specifically for recipes, so that they’ll print out looking like a recipe card?

We have my late grandmother’s recipe box, and would like to put it together into a book form for Christmas gifts. The idea is to transcribe the recipe on to the recipe card, and paste a scan of the actual handwritten recipe on the bottom of the page.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I have Sierra MasterCook – an old version, but it works. It came with about 25 cookbooks and a placeholder for me to add my own recipes. It offers a variety of printout formats.
