Looking for recipe (Hot Garlic Sauce)

First of all, I’m not sure if this the right forum.

I’m looking for a recipe for a hot garlic sauce. There is a local restaraunt called “Barbecue Kitchen” and they serve a dish called hot garlic dumplings.

The dumplings are just plain pork dumplings, but the sauce is awesome! It’s white, and creamy. It has lots of garlic, maybe some ginger and some hot oil. Does anyone know of any recipe that matches this?

The sauce in this recipe looks promising.

This one looks very similar.

But I would say that this one is your best bet.
