Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) game question

I’ve been playing LOTRO for many years now and recently decided to continue with my highest level character (a level 137 Captain.) Sadly the weapon system has changed and I’m struggling to understand how to create a high-level Halberd for this character.
(I have an old-style level 100 Legendary Halberd, but it looks severely underpowered.)

Any advice will be gratefully received. :smiley:.

I wish I could help, I played it for years but left when the latest expansion was Lothlorien.

I’ve thought about going back but the few times I tried it out, it was too weird and hard to get back into.

It was a fantastic game when I played it though. Sometimes I miss my little Hobbit Guardian.
