Is that AnaLucia (Michelle Rodriguez) and three or four others are on the other side of the isalnd–including Rose’s husband, who disappeared into the jungle a couple days after the crash and hasn’t been seen since.
From what I’ve read (no cites, alas–sorry), the first episode will focus on what’s happened to those people in the first 40 days.
And since this is in the teaser, I’m not going to spoil it–it looks like Sawyer survived. I know I also saw Hurley, Jack, and Locke, and I think I saw Jin (have to go back and look more closely after work, but it was a guy in a blue button-down shirt). But now we have to wonder where Michael is.
There’s a hidden message in the “All Flights Cancelled” annoucement. To see it first wave your pointer in the vicinity of the second paragragh. You’ll then be able to use right click to hightlight it.
I’ve also been told by a coworker (who had time to look today, wish I did) that if you click on individual seats, you can get other stuff (unfortunately, she didn’t tell me what).
If you do the “Preflight Check-In” or whatever it’s called at the bottom right of the seating chart, you’ll get an opportunity to decipher the anagram of “Ethan Rom”, and then another little clippy thing.
This thing is so cool - thanks for posting the link - I’m obsessed - you’re right - we’ll take what we can get until they give us more teasers and stuff!
The Television Critics Association is meeting in LA, where the various networks present information on their new and returning shows. Here’s some info on Lost from Charlie McCollum’s column in the San Jose Mercury News (spoiler boxed for your pleasure):
For one thing, [Lost co-creator Damon] Lindelof confirmed that viewers will get to see what’s inside the hatch the survivors blew open at the end of the season finale. “You will see everything that’s in there” by the end of next season’s opening episode, Lindelof said. “What is in there will change everything about life on the island.”
Under questioning, Lindelof eliminated aliens, a time-travel portal and a space ship as possibilities. And he also gave up the fact that, by the end of Season 2, viewers will learn why Oceanic Flight 815 crashed on the island.
