Like many people, Forever Changes is one of my top-10 records of all time. Loved the guy for his complete insanity and killer songwriting. Amen.
Agreed, Forever Changes should be on everyone’s top 10 albums of all time list. Da Capo should be too, if not for side two 
Arthur Lee was a genius- Robert Plant cited Love as an influence in his Hall of Fame speech IIRC, and the Stones paid homage (or ripped off) She Comes in Colours with She’s a Rainbow. One of the travesties of rock is that Love never got their due.
I don’t know. You can’t really say Love never got their due. EVERYONE covered Love. Alice Cooper, UFO, The Damned, Prong, The Fuzztones, Ramones, jesus, every garage punk band. Forever Changes and Da Capo is on every critics list.
