We use Mission Carb Balance tortillas. My wife (who is not dieting – other than trying to deal with what may be IBS) likes the spinach-herb ones. If only there were low-carb corn tortillas…

Speaking of bread, I like Sara Lee Delightful Multi-Grain. I can go through four Hass avocados per week, a couple of which end up on toast. I used to just put slices of avocado on ‘buttered’ toast, but someone in a different thread called me a monster. Nowadays I mash half of an avocado with table salt and garlic powder, and smear it on two slices of the low-carb bread with Smart Balance Omega-3 margarine.
