I’ve noticed that I tend to get cold after eating. Of course, I only notice this when I eat dinner out and then go outside when it’s already cold out, but I definitely feel colder than before dinner. I don’t recall the restaurants being particularly hot, so I’m not sure that that’s the cause.
Is there a biologic reason for this, or am I imagining things?
Blood’s being diverted to your stomach and digestive system, leaving your extremeties cold.
Let’s see, what would one do to countereffect this? One would need to speed up circulation somehow… maybe heat up all that blood engorged around the stomach which would heat up the body’s temperature overall… what would do that?..
After meal caffeinated coffee.
