Mac Excel users: keyboard shortcut to Ribbon

Starting a new job where predominant platform for microsoft excel is the Mac. Does anyone know the keyboard shortcuts to get to the Ribbon menus?

E.g. on PC if I hit Alt + H, it takes me to the Home Tab of the ribbon; if I hit Alt+P it takes me to the Page Layout tab.

Google does not provide any intuitive answers. Generally I don’t use the mouse in Excel unless I’m charting or using pivot tables, so if I can’t figure this out its going to seriously cramp my productivity and increase my aggravation level with Macs.

Please help!!

According to this site. I don’t know what those keys are - besides the R, obviously - but I imagine the Mac savvy people do.

According to that website the shortcut is called “Activate access keys” and there is no Mac equivalent.
