Madden Curse alive and well?

Polamalu is out 3-6 weeks. Is this the Madden curse alive and well? Should Larry Fitzgerald reserve an appointment with his doctor?

For those of you not familiar, the Madden Curse is the idea that whatever player is featured on the cover of the Madden NFL game cover is invariably injured that year. This year was the fiorst time they featured two, Troy Polamalu and Larry Fitzgerald.
