I’m going to use some of my tax refund to buy a new wooden desk and don’t know what to do with the old one. I thought someone here might find a use for it. It’s about 3×3×4, all steel, very heavy and quite cold to the touch. Anyone able to come get it can have it once I have a replacement.
My roommate and I just moved, and put up a bunch of furniture for free on craigslist. Most of it went pretty quick.
I overestimated the size, a tape measure says it’s closer to 2×2×3.
I’ll point my husband in the direction of this thread, Jeff, and see if he’s a-interested. It sounds like his sorta thing. 
A friend of ours moved into a new apartment recently and has already expressed interest in the desk.
I haven’t been around here in a while because I’ve been busy assembling a new computer workstation with built-in CD storage.
The desk is still up for grabs. Turns out that by the time somoeone would be able to get it over to our friend, he won’t have anywhere to put it.
