Chris/Idle wanted to do a Turbo game but he couldn’t get enough people to play. I would have stayed up all night to play a game like that 
I wanted to design a game in which, unbeknownst to the players on the public board, there were two teams of gods or goddesses manipulating the public game, e.g. with PM’s, and perhaps wagering on its outcome. When someone was Lynched they might have the option of continuing as one of the gods.
I’m not altogether unsure that this game doesn’t have that form, perhaps with Pizza playing the roles of both Town goddess and Scum god.

We had something like that, sort of, on my other board. It was called Gods of Greece, and the game was essentially the Scum team on one side and the Gods on the other, with the Townspeople being used as the instruments of the Gods. The Gods were people who had been randed from the player pool, but as Gods they could not post or otherwise participate except behind the scenes. The Gods also got the chance to bestow power roles upon people in the thread…and they had to be pretty damn sure that the person they were bestowing power on was a Townie, or else they were hurting their own team.
It was frustrating at times, but lots of fun and very, very interesting. Again, I’ll give you a link once that forum is back up and running.
That sounds like fun although very complex. I would like to play a totally Vanilla game at some point. Just Town against Scum with a 4 to 1 ratio. That should be rather hard for Town to win if they myslynch like Town does now.

I didn’t prioritize well enough to give point by point arguments, but I have some things to say about a few people:
gnarlycharlie: You’ve said over and over again how you’re a slow starter, but it’s well past the beginning of the game now, and without exception your votes have been weak. Your argument that you did no harm to me by your visit on night two is sort of irrelevant – you could be what you say you are an still be scum, or you could be some kind of scum investigator or even roleblocker if there are any, since I’d never have known. And further – and I wish you’d been asked about this directly before now – there’s plenty of possible motivation for a scum watcher to visit me, and on that night in particular. I’d just been attacked and fended off that attack with color that suggested I had no idea why. In other words, it could hypothetically have been some form of invisible protection coming from another player. One would presume that scum would have some interest in who that might be. Arguing against that idea is that Lightfoot is still alive. But regardless you could have visited me for enough reasons that the lack of harm to me on that night is no more a tell in your favor than the point I contested with Gadarene is one against you (IMO). The fact still remains that your votes are not good and your “slow starter” thing hasn’t been an excuse for a while.
You (and Lightfoot for that matter) – both need to discuss why you chose each of your targets.
scathach – Guiri’s case says all that needs to be said. She’s here but making no impression. Probably higher on my suspect list than gnarlycharlie despite the usual intense Guiri-paranoia.
Tanaer – likewise weak votes or no votes, and not much else either to talk about. Weedy’s clearing her shouldn’t stand as a point in her favor at all IMO. If Weedy was PFK she’d have wanted to avoid getting on the scum’s bad side if she could; if she was scum, then Tanaer could still be non-town. I’m suspicious.

In your case I was getting a Town read on you , and your resistance to Day attacks led me to believe you would have activity in your Night quarters.
