Some questions: what night actions count as interacting with the target of the Engineer? If the target is affected by a hacker or cracker, will either of the latter show up? What about if the target is a hacker or cracker themselves - will the engineer see anyone they target? Apart from those, it appears as though the only night actions are the scum kill and the potential Commissar kill.

When exactly does the Doctor get their information - after the day’s lynch? Can they announce the results of the study before the scum have the chance to kill them? I’m guessing that the answers are yes and no, and that the only reason that the investigation is not a night action is so that it doesn’t show up on the Engineer’s scans.

Any Night action, going either way, counts as interacting with the target of the Engineer. Because of the powers in this game, it’s more or less a weak scum detector.

Whoever was Doctor immediately before the lynch gets the information via PM immediately after the lynch.

There is no penalty enforced by the moderator for discussing strategy at Night. So, yes, the Doctor can reveal whatever info they like at any time.

Yes, there is no restriction against using multiple powers at the same time.
