who is cola man?
oh! Nanook. Yeah, I forgot
Nanook = eskimo = polar bear = coca cola
Otie dotie. Night two. What to do? Freak it, let’s just chill. Long shots abound. Woot woot I get one right. Inchini is NOT TOWN.
Vote Inchini
Wait… what was the order you investigated?
Night 1) Nanook
Night 2) Ichini
Night 3) Bill
I’ll claim now:
I’m the Paranoid Freak. I win when all anti-Town elements are dead. Every Night I stay home and hide in my attic. I also set a trap for anyone who visits me in the Night no matter the reason. At Dawn, I check my trap. If I’ve found anyone, I have 2 options. 1) I may kill them and dump their body in the street. 2) I may hold them for the duration of the Day and then release them the next Night. They will be unable to post or vote during that Day. Because of the time it takes to set up the trap, if it is sprung, I cannot use it the following 2 Nights.
So far, no one has visited me.
My thoughts were that my power wasn’t especially pro-town, since it seemed likely I’d either kill or block a Town player who tried to investigate me or protect me. Then I realized, with how many Scum we have, it would be much more likely that I’d kill or block a Scum anyway.
oh, and unless someone counterclaims detective or gives me a good reason not to

Go back to page 16. The votes were tied, two for Mentalguy, two for Ichini. You unvoted me, than did nothing. Why didn’t you vote on Ichini than?
post number? Some of us don’t use the default setting for sorting the posts. I use the show Newest First and 200 posts per page.
That should read “Post 753” the link is right though.
There are no other votes between the two.
How would that have worked out? If I was going to kill you, that would be an opportune time to do so. What good would hiding behind me do for you?
Well, here’s the deal folks. I am, in fact, “not town”. I’m cabal, and I’m the last of my kind. Here’s my role PM:
Bolding mine.
Note that Cabal has no Night Killing Power. And despite the death of 4 werewolves, I haven’t gotten a PM about any special powers, so there’s still a killing faction out there. I’m not town, but I am harmless. You can lynch me today, but there’s still at least one wolf/other killer around to take out townies at night. It’s in both my and the town’s best interest to focus on the scum that can deal damage.
Out of a game of 20 players, there were 4 Cabalists, at least 4 Wolves, and possibly some more nightkillers. Hell, maybe the Masons can night kill. Don’t waste today’s lynch on a player with no power. There’s still killers among you.
Peek - I get why you didn’t claim when you found Ichini wasn’t town but why didn’t you vote for him? I do lean towards believing you though.
Anyway, Inchini’s admitted to being non town now. He says he has a special power that comes into effect once all killing factions are eliminated.
I don’t know if he’s telling the truth about that or not but I for one would rather not find out thank you - god knows what his power could be.

You guys have no idea what it was like YesterDay. The heat is on, my bros are missing in action, and I have no fucking clue what to do (it rhymes!). They’re dead, and I’m exposed, and there’s a mass role claim bearing down on me so I tried to figure what to do.
I could look up various mafia roles and try to fake one.
I could claim to be one of the roles already mentioned, like “Coward” or “Li’l Bo Peep”, taking the risk that that role wasn’t made-up scum bait, or that town wouldn’t reason that there would be only one such role.
Or I could just tell the truth.
Look, part of why I confessed was that I was taking a calculated risk. It’s mutually beneficial for town not to lynch me toDay. From my perspective, I get lynched, my faction loses. From your perspective, you lynch a harmless anti-townie, but there’s still killers out there who will reduce your numbers. Lynch me, and we both lose.
But if you wait, you keep one known scum in the bag. My benefit? If you get all the killers, I may be able to get a special power that I may or may not be able to use at some point in the future to maybe perhaps turn the game around. I’ve got nothing else to lose or gain at this point, with one of me against a mix of nine townies and killers.
Your benefit? You’ve got one known scum in the bag for future lynching, if things ever get complicated, if you need to break a tie between two other suspects, if it comes down to lynch or lose… whatever. In the meantime, you’ve got to realize that there’s still killers among you.
I’ve avoided saying “wolves” for a reason. I think there’s possibly at least one wolf left. I think that there’s also someone else who can night kill. I implore you, try to lynch someone who can actually do you harm toDay. Kill a killer, not some hapless mook who’s only crime was an interest in the arcane arts.
Oh and also? It’s ICHINI, not “Inchini”. Think maybe I can get out of being lynched on the grounds that nobody actually voted for me?
When I got my PM, I asked whether “sheep” is plural or singular, and was told that it doesn’t matter because it’s just color, and there are no sheep.
Unless BillMC or pedescribe is my counterpart (dies if he visits a Cabalist), I don’t believe that the Cabalists couldn’t kill and the wolves could. Otherwise, the werewolves would be much more powerful than the Cabalists. (If nothing else, the wolves had at least a 22% chance of killing me on Night 1 if I picked to visit one of them.) Also, I think at least a part of Ichini’s PM is fake because my PM says, “You die if you visit a Werewolf.” Her PM allegedly says, “Cabalists are immune to Wolves.” Based on my PM and the player list, I think sachertorte wouldn’t shorten the faction’s name from Werewolf to Wolf.
If there are really only 4 Cabalists, then there might have been only 4 wolves, so if we lynch Ichini, we’ll win the game. Also, if there were only 4 wolves then Ichini would get her special power toNight. So even if she’s telling the truth, there’s no reason for us to wait. I think it’s likely that she’s lying, if not about the number of Cabalists, then about their inability to kill (probably both). So either way, I think it’s best to lynch her Today.
Vote Ichini
Looks like it’s my turn.
I am also a third party. I am a survivor. I win if another group won and I am still alive at the time. So I’ve been pretty quiet in hopes that it would keep me from being lynched. I proposed the mass claim as a way to protect myself, 'cause I figured the wolves/cabal wouldn’t attack a powerless non-town. So…that’s about it.
Anyway, I am going to vote for the claimed investigated malicious non-town:
Vote Ichini Sanshigo
I’d like to hear every one claim before voting.
Ah, but you could easily be lying. What if you’re a wolf, trying to jump onto the cabal train? What if your group is the one that kills, hm?
There are too many variables for us to trust you, beyond the fact that you claimed malicious anti-town, meaning we shouldn’t trust you anyway.
P.S. Are you a guy or a girl?
I am a Master Assassin, I move unseen and cannot be tracked or watched.
I’m effectively a compulsory vig.
However, my loyalties change depending on who I kill - if I kill town, I become non-town, if I kill non-town I become pro-town.
On Night 1 I killed Pleo (werewolf)
On Night 2 I killed Adrian (mason) - oops my bad!
On Night 3 I killed Natlaw (werewolf)
I did not kill Nanook or Oredigger - someone else did.
Peeker, I don’t know whether Sach is doing night actions in the order they arrive or in a preset order, but since I killed Adrian on night 2, I would have thought my alignment for day/night 3 would be non-town.
I place my talents at the service of the town.
Vote Ichini
Lame distinction. Werewolves and Wolves are terms that have been used interchangeably throughout. It may have been shortened as I was getting the PM as a substitute player. If you really want to get technical about it, maybe there’s a separate “Wolf” faction, but I somehow doubt it. That first night, when Pleonast died, we Cabalists all assumed he’d tried to kill one of us and it somehow backfired. Guess not.
The power of the Cabal was our knowledge of each other and our Wolf/Werewolf resistance. Any other power we might have had hinged on lynching all the killers. I’d advocated that we (cabal) help the town find scum (not us) so that we could get closer to getting our power, but that didn’t work out so well. My position still holds.
Cabal talks and acts during the day. If the Wolves were all dead, I’d have my power. I don’t, ergo, there’s still other wolves out there. I’m reasonably confident that even if you do lynch me today, you have not won the game.
Not malicious anti-town, just anti-town. And I’m a girl.
I know it’s a calculated risk I’m taking here. I have a sliver of a chance of winning, if I can somehow stay live long enough for my power to come into play, and it’s enough to use against however many townies are left. It’s dubious, but I’ll take it. You gain nothing by lynching me toDay. At best, maybe the wolves will lie low tonight and not make a kill, hoping to discredit my words, but they’re still out there, and they will almost certainly act the night after this one. Save me for later, and look for a wolf/killer toDay.
For your consideration:
Most of the players had unelaborate roles (Mason, Cabal, Town Doc, Detective, Survivor, etc. Both Hero and ok11 had very creatively-described roles in a game where outward simplicity seems to be the rule. Also, if you can’t trust me, what makes you think you can trust any deal made with proclaimed Assassin BillMC?
