The reasons I can see for a no-kill Night:
- Doc-blocked by Total Lost
- Doc-blocked by the Paranoid Doc
- Role-block by the Paranoid Doc
- The Commuter hid and was attacked
The reasons I can see for a no-kill Night:
Am I the only person who doesn’t understand what this post means? WTF does LyLo mean? And the rest of the post for that matter
CiaS said:
I wasn’t blocked. When I saw OD’s vote I pmed pede to ask if I’d been blocked or Sarah Connored and the response was that OD was breaking the rules.
LyLo : Lynch or Lose.
Basically, a situation where if a Townsperson is lynched, the Town lose on the spot.
I don’t think we’re there yet.
Just for you Almost Human, OAOW translated into English:
The above situation does not matter unless we are at a Lynch or Lose situation., ie. If we lynch the wrong person we lose the game.
So if John Connor lies and confirms Oredigger, then we kill NAF based on what we currently know.
When NAF comes up innocent, we know that Oredigger is scum and so we Lynch him
Then we lynch John Connor for Lying.
As John Connor would have been converted he must have been the Jester and so the Town is very happy with the outcome.

Almost Human, thanks for the update on Oredigger, who I think has some explaining to to do as well.
I hope you don’t mind I read it as well (and was really grateful for the explanation)
Thanks for the explanations - I was imagining some kind of weird Lylo and Stitch cartoon scenario before :smack:
Don’t mind OAOW, He’s from [del]Barcelona[/del] Bolton
nah, I just live here. I’m from Yorkshire!
Oh well you’re a Northerner either way which explains a lot. I just live in Yorkshire but I’m a proper Southerner still apart from my love of black pudding.
And CiaS - nice Fawlty Towers reference!
Apparently I need to check my PMs at the beginning of the day. Not only am I a cheap slut who has been purchased. I went rogue and voted on my own. So I guessing as my punishment by our illustrious politician:
Unvote All
Vote 1: Oredigger77
Vote 2:
Vote 3:
Everyone happy now?
Very - does it come with world peace as well ??
I’m just happy I got me a cheap slut - it only cost me a Happy Meal from McDonalds too. NBC made up that stuff about the STDs…honest!
Internet update - Desktop is still bricked.
Apparently there’s some kind of “node error” with the connection at some point some where.
Hopefully I can get a dude to come out and take a look at it soon. In the meantime, I’ll try to find alternate means of going online whenever I can. However, this definitely means my participation toDay will be very minimal.
I thought we had agreed that I would be protecting boozy and ore was protecting someone else.
This is why I shouldn’t have done what the town told me to and stuck to my game plan. Us lynching the Jester yesterDay threw me a bit.
No fear voting for Ore at this point though.
I will wait to place an actual vote until after I have something like another suspicion.
Well, Ore and Naf seem to have beaten me to any explanation punch.
By my count, we’ve still got two ‘vanilla’ scum left, one of those two, plus our Jesperee. We need to figure out a good way to determine who’s who amongst those two, slaughterify the remaining vanillas… and then hope storyteller gifted dot with his ScumFinder 3000 ™.
NAF, man, you SAID you weren’t going with any plan, you were just gonna do whatever. If you’re a townie, you’re going to really tick me off, because that sort of post-action retcon (“Of COURSE I followed the plan even though I said I wouldn’t”) is just shady as hell.
In fairness to NAF I can see why he was confused. I’m not saying he isn’t scum but things got a bit contradictory. Rysto said first:
Post 1066
Then followed with:
Post 1070
To which NAF replied:
Post 1071
Admittedly Rysto follows with:
Post 1094
And Squid with (to Oredigger):
Post 1096
I don’t know who to believe out of OD and NAF tbh. NAF did misread/claim to misread what Rysto and Squid wanted him to do but then again OD’s behaviour has been scummy for ages what with his idea to get the vig to kill a vanilla claimant etc.
I’d actually be happy to leave them both alone for toDay and try everything out again toNight with a bit more confirmed agreement from them.
If NAF wants to do his own thing toNight he could at least agree not to interfere with whatever OD agrees to do.
In the meantime we could spend toDay deciding on who else to kill instead
I think our main goal of the Day should be to come up with a plan to reconfirm all our power roles. Sarah Connor can be verified, as can John Connor, for example. We should lynch from the Vanilla pool; in part to buy us time to be able to do that.
It makes me -very- nervous that Almost Human got recruited, and Oredigger was originally scum. The only way a recruited politician can keep up a facade with no powers is to “target” a fellow scum. I think we should all agree on who Almost Human should buy.
We ought to figure out how to verify a lot of roles with the Serial Killer, I suggest they claim tonight, also (although that’s another role that the scum could keep the “power” for.
I haven’t thought this through all the way yet, but I’ll sit down Tomorrow and see what I can come up with. I invite the rest of you to do the same, in that respect.
I’m fine with that. I can see I can’t be verified as still having my powers while I’m influencing OD’s vote so if you can verify another power role for definite then I’ll be happy to influence them toMorrow instead.
