OK dopers, if you can solve this one I’ll be impressed…
One of my little ones is infatuated with the floating teapot trick like the one pictured here except the one she likes is much smaller – like the size of a bonsai tree.
She saw it in a shop window in suburban Chicago. I went there today to buy it for her and it was sold out.
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one before Christmas?

Unfortunately, it’s sold out and discontinued. All the Internet sites I’ve found that sell it really don’t sell it, they link back to the company called ‘Signals’ which sells it and doesn’t have it anymore. Didn’t find any on Ebay.
Your last hope would be to contact Signals and find out the manufacturer. Then, contact the manufacturer to see which retailers they sold it to, then contact those retailers to see if it’s still in stock.
