A non-human anus was pivotal to the resolution of the forgettable David Duchovny comedy Evolution. They figured out what chemical would harm the giant alien, where they could get it in sufficient quantities, and how to deliver it into the alien’s body.
Well, it kind of was, in the sense that it was seen in theaters by ordinary citizens who weren’t wearing peepshow raincoats.

But I’d vote for any movie with mooning scenes. There seriously must be some skinny dude with no ass, and I know I’ve seen a movie where someone moons and spreads their cheeks. You probably won’t get much more than that in a non-porn movie.
