Tradition? It never occured to my parents not to have me circumsized. They don’t remember if the doctor even asked them (very scary). My father and both brothers are circumsized. I have two nephews; my sister’s kid is uncut, my brother’s is.
Yes. Ever since I learned what circumcision is I’ve been annoyed that my parents did it. I don’t hate my parents for it or anything like that, but I’ll never forgive them either. “So you look like your father” is not a valid reason. Æsthetically I prefer the look of an uncut penis to a cut one. They’re also slightly more fun to play with during oral sex. 
No. Unless he had a medical condition that required it. If he wanted one he could wait until he’s 18 and pay for it himself. I’d react the same way if my daugther wanted breast implants. Ditto for tatoos.

Only as an infant. I think it would be too traumatic to do to someone that could remember it. As for why (not that you asked) we did it because almost all boys in our area are. Not that that’s a very good reason but I do honestly believe that uncircumsized boys are made fun of after gym class although this is probably a regional anomaly.
I feel the exact opposite way. I prefer them cut.

My father, born at home in the 1920s when it was not routine, was circumcised in his 50s due to an infection (i.e. the circumcision was totally for medical reasons) and though it was done in a hospital with all anesthetic and follow up he said it was very painful. His doctor also told him not to have intercourse for- I don’t remember how long, but it was several weeks at least. He said he had much greater appreciation for the Book of Genesis, especially the avenging of Dinah’s rape, after the experience, and that even after the pain stopped the sensation was just extremely bizarre. Because of that I think “if twere done tis best were quickly done” to minimize discomfort.
