Managing passwords on Mac OS X 10.9.5

My Mac has recently started remembering passwords. This is fine, and there are some sites where, when it asked ‘Do you want me to remember this password?’ I’ve clicked OK. But there are some sites where I do not want it to remember my password. How do I make it forget the passwords for those sites, while at the same time remember the username for those sites and remember the username and password for other sites?

Look under Applications/Utilities for the Keychain app.
