A friend showed me part of a show that featured a Jacques Cousteau skit. In it, IIRC, Cousteau was doing a voiceover for a film and was becoming progressively more drunk. He starts a soliloquy on the manatee, and then admits to running over one with his boat and killing it with his propeller and shouts, ‘I am ze assassin!’
Can anyone tell me the show this was on?

Perhaps pieces & out-takes from Cousteau films, with a voice-over by somebody else.
It was a skit on a comedy show, with an actor portraying Cousteau.
It was a skit from the old Ben Stiller Show , with Andy Dick playing Cousteau.
