Moriarty:
And now Judge Merchan gets to sentence the motherfucker.
“What was that you kept saying about my daughter, Mr Trump?”
I was wondering whether the defendant’s conduct, during the trial, could be included as part of the consideration for sentencing (e.g. in addition to considering things like whether they’re a first time offender, etc.)?

So when do we start talking about sentencing?
My gut says house arrest, but my gut also didn’t expect guilty on all counts.
That was a perfect verdict. Never has there been a more perfect verdict. Grown men, with tears in their eyes, say it’s a perfect verdict.
JRDelirious:
Realistically? No.
Hell, Joe Exotic is running from prison.
In 2022, Joe Exotic expressed interest in running for president with Andrew Tate as his running mate.
On March 13, 2023, Exotic announced a bid for the Libertarian Party presidential nomination in the 2024 election, which he will run from prison. His candidacy was criticized by party chair Angela McArdle shortly after he announced it.
On April 11, 2023, he announced he would run as a Democrat.

Judges routinely consider whether the defendant shows remorse, don’t they? I think it’s pretty clear the answer to that question.
It will be appealed to hell and back, of course.

Todd Blanche is asking for a sentencing date in late July.
When will sentencing take place?
100% guilty on all of them.
I just heard sentencing will be July 11.
The GOP Convention starts July 15.
I wonder if they’ll have someone speak by Zoom.
I can’t believe it. The man is finally facing a fucking consequence!
The soundtrack for tonight should include this song from MST3K’s “Phantom Planet”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1LAf9-QxvQ&t=2086s

Convicted felon. About time. Let this be the first of many felony convictions for that bastard.
Is prison extremely unlikely?
