Yet…
…will be taken to 5th Ave. and hung until… whoops, wrong trial.
In other news, Governor DeSantis has introduced legislation to allow worthless, loser, ex-presidents convicted of felonies to vote.
NewsNation believes that Cohen’s testimony was the key for the jury.
It would be worth it if worded that way.
When offered the chance to pick and choose between counts, the greedy jury took ALL of them!
Let’s see …
Twice impeached, fined a half-billion dollars, convicted felon. Am I missing anything?

I hardly ever watch TV.
But – on NBC someone just said the normal and highly likely punishment is probation.
Then Trump came out and insulted the judge.
I know he did that back when he was presumed innocent, but is it worse to do it between conviction and sentencing?
I do not much like jail and prison, but I do not see him obeying conditions of probation.
For Trump’s false records charges, prison is rare but not unprecedented
I’m genuinely surprised they voted guilty on all of the counts. I expected a few “not guilties.”
That’s the one!
Should be a sufficient Biden campaign message. If not, The US deserves what it gets.
The other side of the same coin is that only by being elected can he avoid the fines and sentences hanging over his head. Ego aside, this is why he’s been keen on being President for Life. Not only do all his woes magically go away, the grift tap is opened wide forever.
I’ve had an order of bumper stickers, as large as they come for sticking over campaign signs, in the cart for a week now. With a blue background, it has a thumb down fist with FELON in Stencil, both in white. I can pull the trigger now.
It’s incredibly rude and certainly unwise but Merchan has been the epitome of professional the whole time. I don’t see him adding to the sentence over somebody exercising their First Amendment rights. Nobody likes being convicted and I’m sure they’ve all seen their share of people grousing about judge, jury, and everybody else in the aftermath of a verdict.
Nothing will do that. Trump won the primaries and there are only two requirements to be president. US born and over 35 years of age. You can run from prison (which has happened…Lyndon Larouche I think).
Also, the Supreme Court recently ruled a state can not take a candidate for president off their ballot.
So, basically, he can’t be removed from ballots.
In this case, the result would be like one of the comics stories where a telepath tried to read the Joker’s mind and ended up nearly or actually passing out from the experience.
Here’s his post-court rant. Country ‘going to hell’. We’ll keep fighting, etc. Note the ‘country going to hell’ part and remember it’s from him as I’m already seeing that pop up in headlines.
Starts at 9:50, only a few minutes long.
@DesertDog can you share the link? I’d love a couple of those bumper stickers.
And big sigh of relief! I was afraid he might get off somehow.
