His Holiness is coming to town next week. This is, as you can imagine, a very Big Deal in this heavily Roman Catholic country. The notorious Manila traffic is going to be even more gridlocked as millions of the faithful descend upon the city. Traffic enforcers are going to have their work cut out for them and might not even be able to take bathroom breaks. Their solution: adult diapers.
