Manteno State Hospital still standing?

I remember having a good scare at the Manteno State Hospital (In illinois) which some believe may be haunted.

The hospital had multiple buildings on a remote area. However, today a friend told me that all the building have been finally knocked down and there is nothing left.

What’s the truth? Are the buildings still there?
