Bot it for 30 minutes, even if it was 45 minutes you could still have enough left to mount an attack.
Hell, I made it to the final two last time I botted it for a while.
Play poker. My parents missed the last four years of my concerts and it didn’t hurt me any.
Of course, they were in New Mexico, I was in Pennsylvania, and air fare ain’t cheap. But still…

Might be botting for part of it tonight. I just got a call from someone who wants to study a bit before our final tomorrow either tonight or early tomorrow morning. Don’t know yet as I had to call him back and leave a message of my own (I had dinner on the stove and couldn’t really hear the phone over the microwave) and he hasn’t gotten back to me yet. Depending on what happens, I might pull out for tonight.
Frankly, it’s a true-false correct test. I’m not sure how to study for it other than to go through the lecture slides and understand the concepts. And be good at taking true-false tests.
Okay, I’m botting for tonight. Have to meet at 7:30 and even if the meeting only takes an hour, it’ll still be nearly the first break before I get back to the house. With any luck I’ll be in in time to play before the blinds get me, otherwise just consider it a contribution to the pot. So let’s get lots of other people playing so that my stack doesn’t go down too fast.

A couple of things:
Congratulations to the Dopers who have had recent success.
I, on the other hand, have had issues.
One was a hardware issue. I tried playing on an old 233MHz computer and it just didn’t work. I now have a faster box which seems to work OK with PT, but:
I now have connection issues. This week I played a PStars SnG, got busted out when my KK ran up against AA in the first 15 minutes. No prob. Signed up for the next available SnG, and lost my connection. Next night, signed up for a SnG. Connection went off and on and I botted to a 7th place finish, in the money.
So, until I get some resolution on my connection problems, I won’t be signing up for any tourneys (not even the SDMB berserker).
I signed up at Bodog and played a couple of hands. I hope I didn’t screw up any referral bonus opportunities for anyone, but I fear I may have. If anyone can shed some light, please do before I commit cash.
Is this an error? Am I actually ahead of the Yeti?
