We’ve been over this a couple of times already.

I did not attack anyone’s credentials. I asked one poster if he remembered something that is commonly covered in a 1L con law class. Maybe he doesn’t, particularly if he doesn’t practice in that area.

Not sure what you mean exactly, but appears to pretty much eliminate the point of incorporating.

First Amendment. Some length of prohibition is acceptable, and I think even exists today, though I am not certain. 20 years is just too long and unlikely to survive a challenge.

First, Fourth, Fifth, 8th and Fourteenth Amendments.

Don’t you teach civics? Or did at one time?

Perhaps you could recognize that to a third party (meaning me and at least some of the people who’ve posted in this thread) that these comments didn’t sound the way you think they did.
