The leader board shows that players were exploiting Augusta, but the weather has turned and it’ll be hard going for the rest of the tournament. Tomorrow will be windy, so there will probably be quite a luck factor thrown in (good and bad) as the wind does funny things to balls in the air.
Woods and Mickelson are perfectly capable of winning the thing from where they stand – what’s six or seven shots to Tiger with nearly two rounds of play? Stills, some big names missed the cut: Els, Garcia, Couples.
And who in the hell are Immelman and Snedker?

Neither is a complete unknown; Snedeker a little less known than Immelman, but with a Tour win last year and 9th on the FedEx Cup rankings, a pretty good golfer. Immelman has had some ups and downs, mostly due to having had some medical issues, especially last year, when he was diagnosed with a benign tumor under his 11th rib.
Neither will win, of course. We know how Augusta National is on the weekend. Come Sunday, I’m expecting to see Phil getting his third win.
Don’t forget your pimento cheese sandwiches! 
I just love The Masters. It is the classiest competition of any kind in the world, from the people involved in it to the place where it is played. And on wide-screen hi-def I no longer have to curse that I’m not in Augusta.
Poulter was wearing pink pants and a pink visor during round 2. I’m sorry, but men shouldn’t wear pastel pink. It’s just…icky.
Now, Ivylad has a pink dress shirt that he sometimes wears with a grey suit, and that, I can get behind (or underneath, as the case may be 
) but pastel pink? Ewww.
In any event, Poulter got a hole-in-one during round one, and I suppose I must forgive him his choice in clothing. I mean, getting a hole in one during the Masters? Dude can get free drinks for the rest of his life on that one.
