He hasn’t had his neck done.
It’s unusual for someone on tv, but there is nothing actually wrong with him or the way he looks.

Here’s a picture of Perry and Lennon together.
He just looks like an old Chandler to me.
Here’s another 2015 pic. And nope, he doesn’t look awful. He looks older, grayer and jowlier. That’s what happens when people age.
I guess if he wanted he could dye his hair and get a neck tuck. We see how that worked out for Courtney Cox.
I like the grey in his hair. The jowl thing can be dealt with with a minituck. Other than that, I think he looked a bit tired, or maybe jetlaggy.
Could he BE any more graying?
THAT’s not awful?
No. It is not. Courtney Cox looks awful, like rictus is about to set in. Matthew Perry looks his age. And still cute.
If she’s your idea of awful, I don’t want you commenting on me…
It just goes to show you how subjective this all is. To me, she looks one tube of red lipstick away from Jokerville, while Matthew looks like a cute 45 year old guy.
Is this another one of those “what does this picture look like to you?” thingy-s? 'Cause I gotta say Matthew Perry looks absolutely normal and fine to me. Do I need to tilt my monitor??
I’m not a fan of the botoxed, nipped-and-tucked look, but the photo linked a few posts up looks pretty good to me. She was always skinny, so she doesn’t look particularly “drawn” to me.

It could be his history of drug addiction (in the past as far as I know). But it could also be that we still a younger Matt Perry on a regular basis on Friends rerun. **Most of us would look bad if you compared our 45 year old appearance to our 30 year old appearance.[/**QUOTE]
Speak for yourself.
He looks likes he’s being booked for a DUI in that photo.
Maybe if he smiled…I don’t know.
He appears to be aging like a normal person instead of a celebrity.
That’s not a forehead, that’s a FIVE-head.
No. It’s someone on tv who has foregone plastic surgery. It makes him look more like an Investment Banker than an actor…
Unusual? Yes, very.
Awful? No, not at all.
The muscle holding that part of your neck/chin up isn’t as strong on some people as it is on others. Vin Diesel’s chin and neck is shot to hell too. His neck is much thicker so it’s not so noticeable, but he does have quite the neck waddle going.
He looks pretty rough to me in that last pic of him and the other guy. He looks disheveled and his hair looks dirty, not just gray. I love the guy. I think he looks worn out. And maybe he is. That’s okay.
They (Lennon and Perry) may not have literally been in character on Access Hollywood, but c’mon. Matthew Perry has messy hair, 5 o’clock shadow, and ill-fitting suit on purpose- he’s selling Oscar Madison.
Just like Lennon looks *too *put-together to be real.
BREAKING NEWS: PEOPLE AGE (Even Celebrities!)
…of course it was a sponsored event, but people don’t pose for the camera for literally every second they are on the carpet. I’m a photographer, and if I want to make someone look bad, its pretty easy. I typically don’t forward those photos to my agency, but I’m not everyone. Give me a minute and a camera and I can make any subject look fantastic or terrible just by waiting for the right moment, tweaking my white balance, or choosing the right angle.
