Just saw him on Access Hollywood, sitting next to Thomas Lennon. Lennon is one year younger than Perry. He looked young enough to be Perry’s son.

Can you post a photo showing what you mean? I just googled and in all the pictures I saw he looks pretty much the same to me, except a few years older.
Were they in character, or being interviewed on the set? Oscar is supposed to look like a mess, especially next to Felix.
ETA: Jack Klugman always looked older than Tony Randall, even though he was a few years younger than him.

It seems like he gained a lot of weight. It makes him look bloated.

I think it’s mostly that he’s not dying his hair so the gray shows more. Plus the other guy looks diminutive next to him because of his stature so that doesn’t help.
I think its the dope. Matt Leblanc still looks good. Jennifer Aniston is still one of the most beautiful women alive. Don’t see much of David Schwimmer or Lisa Kudrow anymore.
It could be his history of drug addiction (in the past as far as I know). But it could also be that we still a younger Matt Perry on a regular basis on Friends rerun. Most of us would look bad if you compared our 45 year old appearance to our 30 year old appearance.
He’s good looking enough to kick Lizzy Caplan to the curb. I guess that’s what $20M per year from “Friends” will do for 'ya.
Here is a 2015 photo of Perry. I don’t think he looks exceptionally awful, but he certainly looks … different.
As a comparison, here’s a 2015 photo of his cast mate Matt LeBlanc. He looks older, but still recognizable as the guy who played ‘Joey’, and even with a few extra pounds he still looks pretty good.
I think the biggest problem with that photo is, beside the bad lighting, he was caught with an unflattering expression on his face which accentuates the loose skin around his jaw line and kind of makes him look like he’s had a stroke. Still looks yummy to me though.

It was a candid shot, whereas LeBlanc was posing and smiling. If you took a random shot of LeBlanc when he’s trying to figure out who called his name, and compared it to one of Perry posing with a smile, they’d both look very different.
That said, Perry looks fine to me for his age.
Can’t prove it, but I disagree. HE certainly looks candid, but to me that backdrop looks like something put up at sponsored event that celebs pose in front of for the cameras.

Just because it was a sponsored event doesn’t mean a celeb can be on 100% of the time they are there. He has that look like someone is trying to get his attention and he didn’t catch who it was.
