I can’t believe the court actually accepted that filing. Most courts usually have rather specific rules and specifications, the least of which is that anything you file must be typed or computer-generated in something like Times Roman 12pt, double-spaced with line numbering… No handwriting and no dot-matrix print either.

Mel did his job and I slept pretty well until my bladder had its say. **FCD **is still in bed - I hope sleep will help him get over this awful cold, poor baby. Higgs has been tended to and I’m breakfasting. Once it’s light and less early, I’m going to mow the ditch. rah. yeah. good times. Then I’ll mow everything else. Doggone grass and weeds are growing way too fast!!!
I also need to run to WalMart today. They carry fruits packed in juice while Food Lion only seems to have fruits in “light syrup” - which is still all sugar. Plus they have the bread we like cheaper than any grocery store.
Beyond that, I haven’t planned. Oh, and today my baby sister turns 50. Wonder how my mom feels having 5 children over 50??

Speakin’ of mowage, I need to do that. This evenin’ I shall mow as much as possible. Mayhaps the back yahd this evenin’ and the front tomorrow. OYKW is leavin’ out this afternoon to the wilds of west Alabammy to see his mother and family. I shall head up to Ye Olde Hometowne Sattidy mornin’ to see my mom and family. I shall return on Sunday afternoon. He’ll be back on Moanday.
Ok, that’s all I got for now. I need more caffeine and to feed rumbly tummy. Then, alas and alack, irk purtification must commence.

Back BEFORE dinosaurs were roaming the earth, VWife worked at the Indiana Civil Liberties Union. Why, yes, I did spend many nights on the couch because of it. The crackpots on the inside of the ICLU tended to draw in those from the outside, and VWife, the executive admin assistant, spent a lovely fall afternoon with some church lady explaining why the ICLU wasn’t going to take her case. Church Lady wanted them to file a lawsuit to stop (all) fornication… :rolleyes:

I need a better song to wake up to, I heard Sex Machine is a good wake up song. Scared a coworker twenty minutes ago, it was dark and I was reaching for the lights when she almost ran into me. Sleepy and having a Frankenstein’s monster complex right now.
Ravel’s Bolero is a fantastic wake up song. It starts off nice and quiet and builds to blaring brass instruments. You just need to set the alarm 10 minutes earlier so you don’t over sleep too much.
The best wake up music is Pink Floyd’s Time.

It’s a nice sunny 58 degrees outside.
Today is going home day even though I didn’t finish everything I wanted to get done.
FCM yesterday my mother was complaining because one of the workmen outside said she reminded him of his grandmother. She was not happy about it and I said but you ARE a grandmother. I was kind enough to not point out that she is also a great-grandmother.
It might be a shame i didn’t inherit her skinny genes, but I am very thankful I didn’t inherit the vanity gene.
