Looks like he got an IV and he won’t say if he’s being treated by a Dr. Says he has no health issues but those hands are not normal.
Those hands are normal for an elderly person on blood thinners who got an IV. I’ve seen them on my father, grandmother, etc…

I did a search to see if he had any recent health issues and all I found was that he had fractured his shoulder in 2019.
Probably from patting himself on the back for his role in fucking up the country.

Face bruise is easy. He fell down & banged his face.
Whether that was bad balance, slippery surface, low BP = fainting, illness, or in a drunken rage he took a swing at his wife and lost his balance is going to be hard to establish.
All the rest is treatment for the fall.
Yeah, I saw a recent video of him looking like a wax museum ghoul of himself - pallid and vacant. I was sure he was having heart failure right there and then. But of course no such luck.
An IV would not usually cause bruising. And not on both hands. He does have a history of falling, MI and shoulder injuries. However, his health is to some degree personal.

I read that 2 IVs are not unusual. For example some drugs don’t work well with some IV solutions. I think my father had 2 IVs once in the hospital.
