I saw the band, The Meat Puppets, a couple of times during their first heyday in the mid 80’s. I worked for the college radio station at the time and spent a crazy evening with them before one of their shows riding along in their van back and forth to the station and getting dinner. A great band and a fun and cool bunch of guys.
