Melania does not strike me as excessively classy and is not my type. But it is simply wrong to imply she is not a strikingly beautiful woman, although there are First Ladies I find more attractive. And probably other qualities more important in a First Lady. But if you feel that way, I don’t care. Do U?
If you’re going strictly by physical appearance, yes, she’s attractive. But when you factor in all the aspects of her personality that she’s shown in public, she plummets down through the earth’s crust, and it just detracts from any appeal that she would have had. For me, anyway.
She looks like a past her prime model.
I don’t make the rules what qualifies as a fashion model, but they have a distinct look.
A few break out and are truly beautiful and age well. Melania is not one of these.

She of course is perfectly groomed and made up and well dressed, I guess. What do I know about fashion?

Beauty being in the eye of the beholder and all, I don’t see her as attractive at all. Every time I’m with my daughter and we see her on a magazine cover, I say ‘she’s a man baby’ and my daughter shakes her head at me.
I think the trump fans don’t believe she is telling the truth and they’re fine with not telling the truth. Plus no real man listens to the opinion of any woman, including their spouse.

That’s pretty much what I think about what most men will say who already support the dummy.
Anyone who already doesn’t like him, but may be pro-life, will not be swayed on either their vote or opinion on abortion from the over-botoxed tagalong.

She was very pretty when she was young, not beautiful, but pretty. But a lot of women are pretty when they’re young. What she is now has been created by bad procedures (whatever she’s done to her eyes is what gives her that alien look) and her venal personality. She always has a sourpuss expression (she probably thinks it makes her look sophisticated and glamorous) and looks like the ultimate mean girl.

Me neither. The whole supermodel, I eat one grape a day and never smile because I am always filled with ennui, look doesn’t do it for me. I much prefer a healthy fresh the girl next door type look. Maryanne over Ginger without a second thought.
To me, she is one of those people whose looks can go either way, depending on their character. I think objectively (or as objective as one can be about beauty) she’s pretty but everything else about her is so unpleasant that it tips her back to the ugly category. Ditto JD Vance. He’s not unattractive until he opens his pie hole, which cancels everything out.
She’s a rich guy’s third wife - of course she’s pretty. That’s what got her the gig. What, you think Trump married her for her personality?
Whether or not someone is attractive is not a moral judgement, just an aesthetic one. You can be beautiful and still be a horrible person, and you can be a saint and be ugly as sin. One has nothing to do with the other.

I just think the MAGA crowd got all triggered by Michelle Obama (in a variety of ways) and are still trying to take her down, by pushing some sort of narrative that the woman in their camp is the most beautifulest and classy of all. They’d probably be pushing the idea no matter who was the latest Republican First Lady.
I think this idea is also an underhanded attack on Kamala Harris, especially if it is recently emerging (“hey, let’s rate these women”). They’re getting worried. The misogyny is strong with this crowd.
There’s nothing ambiguous or nuanced about either of them. Each got exactly what they expected and deserved in each other. Melania’s looks are interchangeable with any other celebrity arm candy. She is somewhat distinguishable by her unfocused soulless stare, but only somewhat.
They also try to bring Michelle Obama down by repeating the urban legend that she’s transgender.
