Are there any links to information regarding what can and cannot be posted to a message board?
Now I don’t mean the standard FAQ the local owner displays. I’m talking about laws or regulations imposed by the state or government in regards to slander, age limit, etc.
I always see the owner of message board stating that what is written or posted, is the opinion of the poster, and not necessarily that of the owner of the board.
Where can I find the “link” (yes a hyperlink, but also the literal link) between slander, age limit, etc. and it’s connection to message boards.
