Michael Jackson never got it. On a different note, neither Uri Geller.

That’s the thing. Proving that someone is a serial arsonist and proving that they burned down a specific building are two different things. From what I’ve seen, Michael is almost certainly a pedophile. However, he may not necessarily be guilty in this instance. However, if he is, I expect we’ll find out fairly quickly. He doesn’t seem to be the type to have a master plan to conceal all evidence.

Oh, I’d be really skeptical of the claims now, the kid’s shrink??? Yeah, this is looking pretty bogus.

Check out this child sexual abuse fiasco

Right now, I could sit on a jury that would try any Jackson case. I honestly think: 1) He’s a pedophile. 2) He just acts exactly like a pedophile. 3) OR, Both 1 & 2

  1. OR, none of the above, he’s actually innocent. If so, he is the least innocent acting man in recorded human history. So, he would be the perfect target for people that are willing to risk get their children molested in order to acquire some money. Correct me if I’m wrong, but he is an adult male older than myself that has sleepovers with children.

Parents that now claim “What, he’s a pedophile?! We want (X million) dollars” – after his history – should all go straight to jail.

I’d have to see if this particular “professional” forced this out of the accuser the way the McMartin “expert” did. That became the textbook for how not to question children among smarter professionals.

For one thing, “children don’t lie.” Since when? She would get angry if the children didn’t tell her what she wanted to hear.

I remain ever optimistic that this particular “expert” will be a true “professional.” :dubious: I don’t know anything yet, really.

I was just about to say that.

Well, the accuser may or not be reliable, but the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office must have found something damning enough for them to arrest MJ again.

I guess that settles it. Billy Jean wasn’t his lover, and the kid wasn’t his son.

What about Billy and Jean, or their kids? Won’t somebody think of the children?

What was the deal when he was married to Lisa Marie-I heard that she never let her kids around him for long periods of time.

'Course, he never said a thing about the son not being his lover.

ewwwwwwwwwwww

(deep breath)

ewwwwwwwwwwwww

There has to be a “Billy’s jeans” joke in this somewhere.

I don’t know about a billy jean joke, but i’ll share my favorite MJ joke:
Q:What’s the difference between Neil Armstrong and Michael Jackson?

A:Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon, and Michael Jackson…fucks little boys!

Oh Astroglide, you need a snappier line than that. How’s this instead:

Did you hear that Michael Jackson rushed to the sale at Macy’s? He heard that boys’ pants were half off.
It’s screamingly obvious that the man is unwell, and has been for years. Were it not for these charges, I think MJ would just have continued to morph into the Howard Hughes of our time, but I really don’t think he’ll be able to recover this time out. It should be a relief to everyone around him to see the weirdness come to an end.

One thing: I can sort of understand his family leaping to MJ’s defense, as I suspect most of them would not be getting by financially without him (although he himself has huge debt). But who on Earth ARE the “screaming fans” that met him in Las Vegas when he returned after posting bail?? They must be among the 13,000 or so shocked at the charges.

There are still some saying they trust him completely and would let their kids hang out.

Because Michael isn’t weird and freakish. He’s special and misunderstood.

Hell, now he and and his lawyers are trying to say that it’s because the kid’s parents are getting a divorce and they’re trying to drag him into it or whatever. Yeah, sure.

Here’s my take on what will happen. His lawyers are going to fight this thing hard at first. They will try to get evidence supressed, and they will try to get the charges dismissed, all the while claiming their client’s complete innocence.

After this hasn’t worked, they will move on to phase 2. They will try to claim that he is not guilty by reason of insanity. I have no idea what the standard is for California but I suspect that it is something along the lines of they have to prove that he is incapable of distinguishing between right or wrong. They will put his entire life on the stand.

This will create such a media feeding frenzy that the Petersen case will finally be off the radar.

Maybe this kid is confusing his treatment that he received at the hands of his father with that he got from Michael Jackson.
From this link

It says nothing about his dad molesting him, though.

Give it up, Phil.
I am so sick and tired of people trying to make excuses for the guy. Innocent until proven guilty is one thing.

Making it seem like he’s this poor perpetual victim is not.

According to this, Michael’s attorney is also defending Scott Peterson. Busy fellow. Didn’t he once claim to have proof that Laci Peterson was murdered by Satanists?

Just to add another thought about Phil’s link:

Kids who have a prior history of abuse and/or neglect at home can be perfect victims for pedophiles who seem to show them attention and love. It’s right in line with the profile for pedophiles to seek those kinds of kids out.
