Michael Moore = Liar. Why?

Nah, I don’t need any of those sissy-liberal remedies. But I do worry that your head will implode come November, when the President is re-elected.

Nope. It was just as stupid when Star Wars geeks applauded after Attack of the Clones. The fact that groups of geeks and MM fans are highly correlated is probably best left for another thread.

That’s like asking me if I’m looking for slop at a pig farm.

What a stupid twat you are.

Right. So which are you, a Star Wars geek or a MM geek? Both?

7 pages and still nothing solid from the righties - this thread deserves a standing ovation.

How many Moore-on lemmings have seen the movie so far?

Say, you any relation to Stupid Rat-Faced Git?

So, you’re the monkey that sees no evil.

Conservatives. The only group that could both criticize Moore’s film for being akin to Nazi prapaganda and viewers of the movie for being smelly, louse infested vermin.

Do you think they even recognize the irony?

I dunno, when was the last time you had a shower, a job, and a haircut? Preferably all at the same time?

I’ll take that as either “No,” or “I don’t know what irony means so I’ll spew a moronic twatish response.”

I seriously doubt that your feminist sisters will appreciate your throwing around the “twat” word. Am I a “cunt”, too?

I think you may misunderstand, Milly. In some dialects of English, the word “cunt” is hardly ever applied to a female person, it’s application is almost exclusively male. It certainly includes such concepts as “prick” and “asshole”, but contains and surpasses them both, with just a dash of “supercilious snot” as well.

That’s one of those “Hamlet” kinda questions. I pass.

If the shoe fits…

Such lovely discourse coming from the sinister side of the aisle. “Twat” and all. Nice jobs, kids.

Well, hell, maybe you oughta try talking dirty, you sure can’t talk sense.

Shut up, you stupid twat.

Definitely better! Just as much substance, many fewer words.

Blow me, dearie.

When I went to see The Passion of the Christ the applause at the end was loud and long. I guess all those people were stupid too, right?

You guys are really reaching. Applause at the end of movies is normal in many places. It certainly is here in Chicago. If it’s a good movie, it’s weird if people don’t applaud. I’ve seen 84 movies in the theater so far this year, and there was applause at maybe 3/4 of them.

So, we have geeks, MM fans and religiosos in the stupid camp. Based on my experiences in the theater, you can also add Hollywood drama fans (Mystic River), musical fans (Chicago), small indie drama fans (Shattered Glass), small indie family film fans (Whale Rider), animation fans (Finding Nemo), fantasy fans (Lord of the Rings), raunchy comedy fans (Bad Santa), family comedy fans (13 Going On 30), foreign film fans (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring), horror fans (Dawn of the Dead), bio documentary fans (Mayor of Sunset Strip), action fans (Kill Bill, Vol. 2), Charlie Kaufman fans (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), and Cole Porter fans (De-Lovely), among many, many others.
