Well, I guess this is the thread for this episode of Boston Legal. I had given up on the show despite the addition of Constance Zimmer, but somehow ended up watching it this week.

I decided that if Alan won this case, I would call for BL’s cancellation. Who wants to join my letter-writing campaign?

I don’t quite understand your point. I would have been pissed if he lost the case. There was no legal justification for taking the children from their parents. In fact it was so clear cut I was surprised that they even used it in the show. I guess they were just eager to get in a Prussian Blue tie in since it was all over 20/20 a little while ago.
