I start a thread and don’t drop in for a couple weeks, and everyone just starts making plans?!
I shall be there! At first the weekend started to look bleak, but anytime after 4:00 on Sun will be perfect. Can’t wait to hang with you guys again.
After this, I’ll start a new thread for a time when we can hold one over at my place…
(psssst… hey Gfactor, or samclem… can you change the thread title to read something like “Michigan Pre-Dopefest: Ann Arbor”?)
And yes… what time?
We shall be there at 7:00. Alas, without bells on because LOUNE still hasn’t returned our bells from the last time.

It was safe from evil. We had a moderator keeping us from doing bad things. He only threatened us with banning 4 or 5 times.

The sketch was merely a rough draft. Because I suffer for my art, by missing the mini-dopefest (and after several fits of violent weeping*), I was finally able to capture the soul of of your totem animal onto the lustrous black velvet.
It’s going to look just lovely over your mantle.
And you owe me $3,500.
*of which the tears I was able to collect, I mixed into the cadmium yellow paint to imbue doleful emotion into its eyes. Obviously.
Dude, this pic looks amazing. I specifically remember it was dim and there was no flash (which is why my eyes aren’t closed.) Did you do that with your phone? Droid is definitely taking the lead vs. iPhone…
