2ish works better for me, actually. Won’t actually get the grills going and eating until later anyway, that usually takes a while to make happen.

Yes, sour and even bitter things like beer. I’ve already tried it, and I have to say, lemon juice straight from the bottle, does taste damn sweet. I didn’t like the effect it had on my Sam Adams though. I hear Guinness is supposed to be interesting too.
