Michi, darling, I am terribly sorry that I am so late posting my birthday wishes that it is no longer your birthday, in YOUR time zone, at least.

Well, it is after midnight so technically it is the day after my birthday, but I am still at work! Birthday was on Fri, and I work Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sunday! 
Anything exciting there right now?
I meant to post to this before midnight, but I actually ended up having to do work at work (I’m still a little confused about the whole thing myself).
But it’s still your birthday in three time zones across the U.S., Michi, so milk it for all its worth (is that the sort of thing I should be saying to a vet nurse?).

OK,thanks to Golf Widow as well then! The flowers were lovely really. I had to leave them at work though. Plants and cats just don’t mix. But, since I am sentimental, I will prolly press one or two of the flowers and save them.
My night at work was mercifully slow, and I was afforded the luxury of being able to curl up under a desk for an hour and get some much needed sleep. And no, Bear, there was nothing really thrilling at work. There was a dog named Cleetus there, he had ACL surgery, which isn’t too exciting, but Cleetus is a mix between a Great Dane and a Mastiff. We’re talking a lot of dog here. He weighed in at 170, and if he were able to stand up on his hind legs he would have prolly been around 6 feet tall. Thank goodness he was a nice dog.
