Microsoft Exchange Question

How do I set up an exchange mailbox so that I can automatically forward any messages to another internet address? Can it be done? I’m using Exchange 5.5 and not real familiar with it. I’m looking through the administrator for any settings but can’t find them.

There are a couple of ways I know of that you can try. In the Exchange Administrator, click on the “Delivery Options” tab. In the Alternate recipients box, select the mailbox to forward the message to, and click the “Deliver messages to both…” check box.

Alternatively, set up a rule on the client machine in Outlook to forward all messages to a certain address (it’s under “Tools”->“Rules Wizard” in Outlook 2000).
