I am working on a simple and fast departmental project. I am creating a stationery for our Microsoft Outlook email messages. I have so far created one that is simple. The problem that I’m running into is that the .jpg logo for our organization does not appear in the product, i.e., the stationery. I get the classic blank frame with the red x. I am using MS Word to create it and saving it as web page file. Is there a specific html code to put the .jpg? Is there a good freeware program to make MS Outlook stationery for the email component? 
Open the web page in notepad and see what the picture path is. Word may save and link to the picture in a folder called “page name_files” under the same directory as the web page.
If this is the case, change the link to the picture to just the name of the picture, and copy the picture file to the stationery folder along with the web page, either “C:\Documents and Settings<your-login-name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery” or “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery”.
