Love that style of food but can only make a cous cous with roast veggies and lamb meatballs with almonds and tomato sauce.
I do have some cookery books on the subjects, but a lot of it seems very tricky to make. Does anyone have some tried and tested not too tricky recipes from those parts of the world? What I mean by tricky here is not so much long preparation time as the chance that things will go wrong and become inedible.
