Might you help me identify this 1990's style "grunge" song?

It consists of two women/girls singing in harmony throughout. In fact, they sound much like those singers of the “Daria” theme song (“La-la-laa-laa-laaaaa”). It’s a standard 4/4 beat, screaming guitars, honking snare, and these lyrics:

*You silently turn me on. (folderol) You don’t even know it.

You silently piss me off. (folderol) You don’t even know it.*

I heard this song on some compilation entitled “No Alternative”; a treasury of obscure (to me at least) grunge-pop songs.
